Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
 
We ship to the United States via duty-paid delivery (DDP). All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are fully covered by us. Customers will not receive any extra charges during delivery.
 
The estimated delivery time is 8–13 business days after shipment. Tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched.
 
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, weather or other force majeure factors. If your package is lost in transit, we will arrange a full refund or resend goods for free.
